payment in full is required prior to the commencement of production on all made-to-order furniture and custom pieces. production timelines will not begin until payment has been received in full.

| LEAD TIMES

estimated lead times are provided as a courtesy and are subject to change due to material availability, production schedules, freight delays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

studio sgt is not responsible for delays caused by third-party vendors, shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs, or force majeure events.

| CUSTOM ORDERS

all custom and made-to-order sales are final.

once production has begun, orders may not be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded.

customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all specifications, dimensions, finishes, and com selections prior to production.

| RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

all sales are final.

studio sgt does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on made-to-order pieces, custom furniture, vintage items, or any products listed in the available section of the website.

due to the nature of handcrafted and vintage works, all items are sold as-is. customers are responsible for reviewing all dimensions, specifications, finishes, and condition details prior to purchase.

| COM (CUSTOMER’S OWN MATERIAL)

studio sgt must approve all com materials prior to production. customers are responsible for ensuring the suitability, durability, and quantity of supplied materials.

studio sgt is not responsible for wear, dye lot inconsistencies, flaws, shrinkage, fading, or performance issues related to com fabrics or materials provided by the customer.

additional labor charges may apply for difficult or specialty materials.

| DIMENSIONS & SUITABILITY

it is the responsibility of the customer, designer, or receiving party to confirm that all furniture dimensions, access points, stairwells, elevators, and site conditions are suitable prior to ordering and delivery.

studio sgt is not responsible for pieces that do not fit into the intended space or delivery path.

| SHIPPING & DELIVERY

shipping, delivery, white glove service, storage, and installation fees are quoted separately unless otherwise stated.

risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier or receiving agent.

any freight damage must be noted upon delivery and reported within 48 hours.

| STORAGE

studio sgt reserves the right to charge storage fees on completed orders not accepted within a reasonable timeframe following notification of completion.

| NATURAL MATERIALS

wood, stone, plaster, leather, metal, and other natural materials inherently vary in color, movement, texture, veining, and appearance over time. these variations are not considered defects.

hand-applied finishes and artisan craftsmanship may include subtle irregularities that contribute to the individuality of each piece.

| INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

all studio sgt designs, drawings, renderings, furniture concepts, photography, and related materials remain the intellectual property of studio sgt.

no studio sgt design may be reproduced, modified, replicated, reverse engineered, or manufactured in any form.

| WEBSITE & IMAGERY

product photography, finishes, materials, and colors displayed online may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, and natural material variation.

studio sgt does not guarantee exact visual matches between digital imagery and finished products.

| LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

studio sgt shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use, inability to use, or performance of any product or service.

liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
